Use our online tool or call our friendly professionals to schedule your Big Box delivery for your preferred date and time. Not sure how many Big Boxes you need? Each Big Box fits about one room’s worth of contents. Use our storage space estimator as a guide, or just order extra — don’t sweat it, we’ll only charge you for the Big Boxes you use!
We bring the Big Box right to your door
It’s that simple! Tight parking or living in an apartment? Our delivery drivers rarely have difficulty finding a suitable spot to place the Big Box(es). Typically, two Big Boxes can be placed anywhere a car would fit. We can also arrange to deliver your Big Box while you’re away as long as our team has clear instructions on where to place it.
Load at your own pace
No need to hurry! Take as much time as you need to pack your Big Box. If you need more than one Big Box and you’re limited on space or want to take storage one step at a time, then we can stagger the deliveries of multiple Big Boxes for your convenience. When you’re finished loading, call us, and we’ll arrange a pickup date and time.
Store at your place or ours
Have the space and need the quickest access to your stuff? You can store your Big Boxes at your home or business for the ultimate convenience. Big Boxes are lockable and come with a weatherproof covering to protect your belongings from the elements. Or, you can store your items at our secure indoor facility and access your stuff seven days a week during our access hours.
Access at our facility
When you store with us, you can access your items as often as you like for no additional charge. All we need is two hours’ advance notice to have your Big Box ready for you when you arrive. We offer access seven days a week between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Each Big Box measures 8′ x 5′ x 7′ (L x W x H exterior) and can typically hold one room of contents. Should you need additional space, multiple Big Boxes can always be delivered. Should you need assistance in determining how many Big Boxes you may need, please utilize the online storage space estimator or contact a representative at (619) 353-5995.
Big Box Storage is open seven days a week. Representatives are available between the hours of 7:30am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday and weekend hours are from 7:30am to 5:00 pm (excluding major holidays). Existing customers may also access their account information and make payments online 24 hours a day.
Big Box storage units are designed to be both secure and weather-resistant. Their wooden construction naturally insulates against temperature changes and regulates humidity, helping to keep the interior stable and reduce the risk of mold and mildew.
A Big Box storage container is made of wood, which won’t rust or corrode, making it ideal for long-term storage. The smooth, forgiving surfaces also help protect furniture and valuables from scratches and dents.
Access is available every day of the week. To access your belongings, simply provide two hours advance notice between the hours of 10am and 3pm (need to call by 1pm and finish by 4pm) and your Big Box(es) will be ready for you when you arrive at the San Diego storage facility. There’s never a charge to access your storage!

Once you place your order, Big Box Storage will deliver the container right to your address at a scheduled time. You can take your time loading it, and once you’re done, we’ll return to pick it up and bring it to our secure storage facility—or deliver it to a new address if you’re moving. It’s storage made simple.
